What information do I need to provide to place an order?

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time may vary depending on product stock status, production requirements, order quantity, and the delivery address. For custom-made products, the production time is assessed separately.

Do you ship to all parts of Turkey?

Product- and project-based solutions are offered to customers across various regions of Turkey. Shipping terms are determined based on the product's volume, weight, and quantity, as well as the delivery address.

Is there an installation service?

The need for installation is assessed based on the product type and the project location. Simply specifying your installation request during the quotation stage is sufficient.

Does Atılım Raf ship products abroad?

Yes. In addition to its customers in Turkey, Atılım Raf offers supply and manufacturing solutions for shelving systems, store equipment, and various product groups to customers abroad as well.

To which countries do you export?

Can I order custom-sized products from abroad?

Requests for custom dimensions may be considered, depending on the product and production conditions. To prepare a quote, you need to provide the product dimensions, quantity, color, and destination country.

How can I get a quote for my international order?

For international inquiries, sharing the product name, product code (if applicable), quantity, dimensions, color, delivery country and city, and any technical drawings or photographs accelerates the quotation process.

Can you manufacture the products in the color I want for export orders?

Color requests may be considered depending on the product's manufacturing specifications. For bulk export orders, it is recommended to clarify color details during the quotation stage.

Can you manufacture products to custom dimensions for export orders?

Requests for custom dimensions can be considered for eligible products. Providing a technical drawing, a dimensioned image, or the desired measurements facilitates the quotation process.

How is shipping determined for international orders?

Shipping costs may vary based on the total volume and weight of the products, the number of pallets or packages, and the destination country and city. Logistics conditions for international orders are assessed separately.

Can export products be prepared on pallets or in packages?

Can I order samples or small quantities of products from abroad?
